A deposit of PHP 6,000 per person is required upon booking. The deposit serves to secure the reservation and is non-refundable in all cases of cancellation.

In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the following fees apply, calculated on the total booking amount:

• up to 120 days before arrival: 10%
• up to 90 days before arrival: 30%
• up to 60 days before arrival: 60%
• up to 30 days before arrival or later: 100%

The deposit will be credited towards the applicable cancellation fee, however, no refund of the deposit will be made, even if the cancellation fee is lower than the deposit amount already paid.

In case the accommodation is rebooked or resold, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Any goodwill refunds or partial credits are at the sole discretion of the accommodation provider.
